Dogfight for Linux

Version 0.9.0 · Preview. Choose the package for your distribution. ARM and 32-bit packages are not available.

Debian / Ubuntu

Download DEBDebian / Ubuntu · x86-64

Open the downloaded file with your software installer, or open a terminal in the folder containing it and run:

sudo apt install ./dogfight_0.9.0_amd64.deb

Fedora / RPM

Download RPMFedora / RPM · x86-64

On Fedora, open a terminal in the download folder and run:

sudo dnf install ./dogfight-0.9.0-1.x86_64.rpm

Other RPM distributions may have different dependencies or installation tools.

Arch Linux

Download Arch packageArch · x86-64

Open a terminal in the download folder and run:

sudo pacman -U ./dogfight-0.9.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Install the package with pacman; you don't need to unpack it yourself.

Launch and play

Open Dogfight from your applications menu, or run dogfight in a terminal. Choose Flight to fly on your own or Dogfight: Single Player for computer opponents. The game's Help menu explains the controls; audio adjustments are in Settings → Sound Options.

If installation reports unsatisfied dependencies, send the error and your distribution version to dogfight@berkelium.com. These packages are not guaranteed to work on every Linux release.

Use your distribution's package manager to remove the dogfight package.
